Your first system probably won't be your final system.

Our fall cleanup process certainly wasn't. 30 years ago, we used leaf loaders. Then we realized our crews could move faster than the loader, so we switched to tarps. Then hauling huge volumes of loose leaves became the next bottleneck. Today, we mulch and bag the material before loading it, allowing the crew to keep moving and get significantly more properties completed before the truck fills up. I break down the entire evolution in the latest video. The lesson I want you to take from it isn't that everyone should copy our fall cleanup process. It's to watch your operation for bottlenecks. Where is the crew waiting? Where does work start piling up? What are you handling twice that could be handled once? What piece of equipment can't keep up with the rest of the process? You don't need to have everything figured out from day one. Build a system, run it, measure it, and keep improving it. 🎥 Watch the new video here: [VIDEO LINK] I'd also like to hear from everyone in the Hub: What's one process you've changed in your business after realizing there was a better way?
